The company specialises in providing services of hot repair to the glass manufacturing industry in Asia. It has warehouse and workshop in Malaysia, the main location of its operations.

Furnace inspections with photographic reports; consultation on furnace repair and a variety of hot furnace repair techniques. Leading these is a process known as 'Ceramic Welding' which allows furnace refractories to be repaired and restored during normal operation. Furnace inspections are aided by the use of water-cooled endoscopes which allow wide angle and oblique viewing of furnace interiors.
